Chakwera attends Africa Energy Summit

President Lazarus Chakwera is in Tanzania attending Mission 300 Africa Energy Summit

The Summit convened by World Bank Group and African Development Bank brings together 13 African Heads of State and other partners to scale energy access pursuant to Dar es Salam Energy Declaration

Speaking before departing Kamuzu International Airport Chakwera said would preside over the signing of 300 million Dollars Compact that World Bank Group approved for Malawi to achieve universal energy and electricity access by 2030

President Chakwera is expected to return on Wednesday 29^th January in the morning
