Government Calls For Respect To Court Processes.

Government has called for respect to court processes.

Botomani said this after observing violence that has erupted in the country following the May 21 2019 elections results especially the presidential result.

“Property is being damaged and people being attacked when electoral disputes are in court,” said Botomani

Botomani further said the perpetration of the violence is undemocratic and unpatriotic.

He has urged those behind the violence to stop immediately because the violence has posed consequences on socioeconomic development.

The Information Minister has also urged media practitioners to be professional in their work.

Botomani reminded the country that the Electronic Transactions and Cyber Security Law which punishes those who abuse social media is in effect.
