MASYAP Cheers Patients At QUECH

Mai Aisha sisters & youth aids program MASYAP Chemusa support group has donated assorted items to patients at Queen Elizabeth central hospital’s cancer ward.

Speaking to Radio Islam chairlady for the organisation Sumaya Limamu said they decided to donate the items in cancer ward after noting challenges the patients face.

Limamu said “my organization is geared to help the needy in different ways.”

She appealed to Muslims in the country to continue helping the needy.

In her remarks, secretary of the chapter Hajina Ali said the organization will reach out to so many people with the little they have.

One of the guardians at the hospital Mrs Brazirio expressed her gratitude for receiving the donation saying “it will go a long way in assisting the patients.”

She appealed to other charitable organisations to emulate the good example that Mai Aisha has done.
