The letter further says since most of challenges outlined are in relation to financial matters, it is good to have the meeting done soon as budget consultations are underway.
Meanwhile, President for TUM, Willy Malimba, has acknowledged that challenges raised in the letter are long overdue, therefore commended CTM for the timely request.
Malimba said TUM is going to engage the authorities to map the way forward.
