Maryam Teachers Training College among 3 top Colleges in 2023 national examinations

Maryam Teachers Training College MGTC has appealed to the board and donors to improve conditions of service for the staff to maintain good performance in teachers’ national examinations

The request by MGTC principal, Saeed Adam Noordeen comes as results of 2023 National Teacher Examination show that the college is among the top three colleges

According to Nordeen discipline, hard working and support from the board as well as donors have contributed to consistent good pass rate of Maryam Teachers Training College

Noordeen also pleaded with the board and donors to motivate students with incentives to continue doing well in their examinations

“There is need to motivate the staff including lecturers and students with incentives such as giving them money either 50, 000 kwacha to those who pass with A’s and B’s so that they work hard to perform well in national examinations,” Noordeen

He says the school is dedicated towards producing well qualified teachers to uplift standards of primary education
