Malawi launches secondary cities plan

Minister of local government and rural development has told people who are willing to invest in the country that Malawi is open for business

Minister responsible Blessings Chinsinga said this during the launch of secondary cities plan in Lilongwe

Chinsinga said through the plan government will establish 8 cities across the country

He called for proper implementation of the plan to achieve Malawi 2063 agenda

“Government will provide necessary support to the investors for the country to develop,” Chinsinga

Speaking earlier minister of lands, housing and urban development Sam Kawale assured the investors that government is ready to offer them required land
